Payment options

We accept VISA and MasterCard only. All orders are submitted through our secure server.

To order with a Check or Money Order, you may contact the store at (540) 604-9740 to obtain the total price of your order including shipping, handling, and sales tax (where applicable). Mail your check/money order, along with the quantity and description of items ordered, and your shipping address to:

Please note that when viewing your cart in the Store online, the actual shipping charges do not appear until after you have completed the checkout form. Please contact us to obtain appropriate shipping/handling rate information before mailing us your check or money order.

All orders submitted online are shipped via Standard Ground to United States addresses (no post office boxes). Expect 7-10 days for delivery. For international orders or expedited shipping methods, please contact the Store by calling (540) 604-9740 or e-mailing us.

We offer the following expedited options: Next Day Service, 2nd Business Day, and 3rd Business Day. Please call for current rates.

If you live outside the United States and would like to place an order we would be happy to assist you. You may contact us by telephone at (540) 604-9740, by fax at (540) 604-9741 or e-mail. International shipping rates are calculated based on the destination country and package weight. Our Store Online is not able to calculate these rates properly at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience; if you are planning to order from outside the U.S., please e-mail us or call the store for details. International customers should check with Customs in their country for any importation fees. USPA is not responsible for Customs or other import duties. International delivery may take up to four weeks.

Choose quantity next to the item you'd like to order in the box marked "Quantity." You may check your order by clicking "View Cart" at any time during your shopping. You may change quantities and add or delete items any time before finalizing your order.

Please be sure to fill all fields on the Check Out form before clicking "Enter." If you experience difficulties with the Check Out form, please tab through the fields rather than clicking the "Enter" key on your keyboard.

Netscape Users
Some versions of Netscape Navigator do not allow you to view all of the selection choices on some items. For instance, where an item asks you to select both a size and color, one of these may not be interactive, depending on which version of Netscape you are using. If you run into this difficulty, please type the color and size into the "Comments" section of the checkout form. If you have any other problems while using Netscape or any other browser, please inform our webmaster so that we may work to improve our service to you!

Items returned in original condition (subject to inspection) may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 30 days of purchase. All other sales final.

Skydiving equipment
The USPA Store does not sell or service skydiving equipment or accessories. You can find most of the major equipment manufacturers and suppliers, along with most skydiving service providers among the advertisers in Parachutist magazine. Click here to see advertisers in this month's issue. Their ads support the magazine and the association.

Items that the Store no longer carries
The USPA Store is focusing its limited resources on items available exclusively through the Store, and support materials for USPA programs. Many retail items available through others in the industry are being discontinued. For that reason, the USPA Store no longer carries the following:

Parachuting, the Skydiver's Handbook by Para Publishing
"Pack Like a Pro" (video)
"Kinesthesia" (video) by Norman Kent Productions.
