• Hold seminars on topics relevant to new women jumpers, such as gear selection, landings, how to choose the right skydives, etc. Make sure to invite female students, as well as those who already have their licenses. 
• Have experienced women jumpers organize small 2-, 3- and 4-way skydives for the novices. 
• Conduct water training. 
• Organize evening parties that include both female students and license-holders to create a sense of community among the women at your DZ. 
• Invite a qualified instructor to video landings and offer debriefs.
