The primary purpose of the Executive Committee is to conduct association business and make policy decisions when the full board is not in session. The Executive Committee is a special committee elected by the board which is composed of six members of the board, including the USPA chairman of the board, president, vice president, treasurer, secretary, and one member-at-large. The Executive Committee conducts association business and make policy decisions through interim actions when the full board is not in session. The committee is authorized by the board to serve in this capacity, subject to board approval for each decision made as an interim action.
